The Avīnyaoperates strictly as a hospitality and wellness entity. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical psychological intervention. All direct clinical care is delivered by our network of independent, HIMPSI-registered local clinic partners under Indonesia's Omnibus Health Law (Law No. 17 of 2023).

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Programme suitability is assessed during intake; The Avīnyareserves the right to decline or discontinue a booking where a placement is not appropriate for the guest's circumstances or where clinical oversight by a partner indicates a different pathway is required.

Programme fees are quoted in US dollars and confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Indicative anchors include the Standard Executive Programme at $4,550 per executive and the Corporate / Insurer Pilot at $3,800 per participant. Final pricing, inclusions, and payment schedules are set out in your booking confirmation or service-level agreement.

Clinical partner fees, where applicable, are billed on a transparent flat-fee basis. The Avīnya operates a strict zero fee-splitting policy in line with international anti-kickback statutes.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable deposits and notice periods, are specified in your booking confirmation or SLA. Where a guest must withdraw for clinical reasons identified by a partner, we will work in good faith to reschedule or apply credits in accordance with those terms.

Guests agree to respect the privacy of other guests and staff, to follow facility safety guidance, and to refrain from conduct that endangers themselves or others. The Avīnya may end a stay without refund where conduct materially breaches these Terms or compromises the safety of the community.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Avīnya's liability arising from the hospitality and wellness Services is limited to the fees paid for those Services. The Avīnya is not liable for clinical outcomes, which are the responsibility of the independent HIMPSI-registered partners delivering care. Outcome figures cited across the Services are illustrative industry benchmarks, not guarantees.
