The Avīnya is a registered corporate hospitality and wellness entity based in Bali, Indonesia. We provide the environmental infrastructure, lifestyle amenities, and luxury accommodation required to support independent living for self-funded retirees. We are a lifestyle alternative to traditional aged care, not a licensed medical institution.

To guarantee absolute compliance with international medical standards and cross-border liability laws, The Avīnya maintains a strict operational firewall regarding clinical care. We do not employ in-house doctors or registered nurses, nor do we dispense medical treatment or medication. All direct medical care, emergency triage, and clinical assessments are legally outsourced to our network of independent, registered local hospitals and clinics (including our triage partners at BIMC Hospital). These partners undergo rigorous, continuous oversight by allied international bodies to ensure alignment with global standards of care. Residents and their families engaging with The Avīnya do so with the understanding that clinical liability, emergency response outcomes, and medical record governance remain strictly with the independent treating clinicians, not with The Avīnya's hospitality entity.

The Avīnya does not provide, facilitate, or financially cover medical evacuation or international repatriation services. All residents are strictly required to maintain active, comprehensive international health and repatriation insurance for the entire duration of their residency. In the event of a critical health event requiring advanced life support or a return to the resident's home country, all logistics, coordination, and associated costs remain the sole responsibility of the resident, their designated emergency contacts, and their insurance provider.
