Our community is designed for individuals capable of independent living with the support of 1:1 domestic caretakers. Individuals requiring intensive, round-the-clock medical nursing are not suitable for this program.

All medical interventions and visa processing services referenced within our architecture are executed strictly by third-party, independent, and fully licensed professionals. The Avīnya assumes no liability for clinical outcomes, medical diagnoses, therapeutic interventions, or immigration decisions administered by our clinical and legal partners.

The proprietary frameworks, branding, copy, and visual assets displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of The Avīnya. Commercial reproduction, distribution, or uncredited use of our proprietary architecture is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any commercial disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

Residency at The Avīnya is strictly contingent upon the successful issuance and maintenance of a valid Indonesian visa (such as the E33F Retirement or E33E Silver Hair pathways). While we partner with exclusive immigration consultants to facilitate this process, all final visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration. The Avīnya assumes no liability for financial losses, move-in delays, or lease interruptions resulting from application rejections, shifting immigration policies, or regulatory changes enforced by the government.

We recognise that severe, unforeseen medical events may necessitate a resident's sudden return to their home country. In the event of a verified medical emergency preventing continued independent living, The Avīnya operates a Compassionate Exit Policy. This allows for the early termination of the 1-year sub-lease under a structured notice period. The specific financial prorations, notice requirements, and exit terms applicable under this policy are detailed comprehensively in the individual resident onboarding agreement.

The Avīnya is deeply committed to providing a safe, respectful, and dignified working environment for our dedicated local care team. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of physical, verbal, or emotional abuse, harassment, or discrimination directed at our domestic staff. We reserve the absolute right to immediately terminate the residency and sub-lease of any individual found violating these standards, without eligibility for a refund.
